Welcome to AutSearch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutSearch extension, website(s), and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by ("AutSearch," "we," "our," or "us").
By installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Services Provided
The Services include access to AutSearch's browser extension and related features such as search functionality, content, tools, and information. "Content" may include text, graphics, data, links, images, code, software, audio, video, or other materials provided through the Services.
Your use of certain features may be subject to additional terms or disclaimers ("Additional Terms"), which will be presented where applicable. In case of conflict, the Additional Terms will take precedence.
We provide the Services for your convenience and make no obligation to offer technical support or continued availability.
2. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, your only option is to stop using the Services.
3. Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services, provided that you:
- comply fully with these Terms;
- do not copy, distribute, or alter any part of the Services without prior written consent;
- do not interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security systems;
- do not use automated systems (such as robots, crawlers, or spiders) to access the Services in ways that impose excessive load;

Access to certain features may require authentication or passwords. You agree not to share your login credentials or use another user's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

All rights, titles, and interests in the Services and Content (including software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, design, and "look and feel") are owned or licensed by aut-search.
You may not use our intellectual property without written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. All goodwill from use of our brand assets benefits aut-search.
5. User Content and Submissions
If you submit, upload, or share content ("User Submissions") through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, copy, display, distribute, adapt, publish, and create derivative works of such content in any media, for purposes including operation, improvement, promotion, and marketing of the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to your User Submissions, and that they do not infringe third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity). You remain responsible for any User Submissions you provide.
We may, but are not obligated to, review or remove User Submissions at our discretion.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your interactions with them are at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed USD $500.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aut-search, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
11. Export Restrictions
You agree not to export or re-export the Services or Content in violation of applicable export control laws. By using the Services, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or on a restricted parties list.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
14. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without restriction.
